Michael A. Glassberg, Esq. Michael A. Glassberg is an attorney with greater than 20 years of experience. His practice currently focuses on estate planning and elder law, personal injury and commercial litigation. He represents clients in Nassau and Suffolk counties, all five boroughs of New York City and elsewhere. Mr. Glassberg is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest quality of representation, as well as personal and courteous service. Mr. Glassberg founded his practice in 1996 in Brooklyn upon the retirement of his father, Sheldon Glassberg, Esq., with whom Michael had partnered at Glassberg & Glassberg from 1991 to 1996, also in Brooklyn. From 1991 through 2007, Michael handled primarily personal injury cases and represented thousands of clients for whom he recovered many millions of dollars. From 1985 to 1991, Michael was a commercial litigation attorney in well-known New York City law firms. In 2008, Michael moved his office to Mineola and expanded his practice to feature representation in estate planning, elder law and commercial litigation matters, as well as personal injury cases. Michael is a graduate of Georgetown University Law School (1985), where he was a member of the Georgetown Law Review. He earned a BA from Brandeis University, Cum Laude (1982). Mr. Glassberg is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA) and the Nassau County Bar Association.
